Equinox is the tipping point, that moment in the annual seasonal cycle when there is no turning back. The dark or the light can now be felt to be well and truly coming. For those of us in the north we find our psyches preparing ourselves for the dark. And those in the south are turning towards the growing and blossoming energies promised by the returning light.
